BrainLit and the Minnesota Twins, the first Major League Baseball team to implement Biocentric lighting, announced the expansion of the technology to the Twins\u2019 weight room for the 2025 season at Target Field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Twins first installed BrainLit\u2019s Biocentric lighting in 2024 across their locker room, training areas, and dining space. The system replicates the benefits of natural sunlight to regulate circadian rhythms, elevate energy, and accelerate recovery. Traditional lighting often works against athletes’ biology. Biocentric lighting adjusts throughout the day, delivering the right spectrum, intensity, and timing of light to support peak performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
