Ljus kan ha en p\u00e5verkan p\u00e5 s\u00f6mnkvalitet<sup>6,7<\/sup>, kognitiv f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga<sup>8<\/sup>\u00a0och fysisk prestation<sup>9<\/sup>, vilket i sin tur kan medf\u00f6ra
