BrainLit is now looking for an Office Manager who will also be responsible for HR.

Responsibilities

The role consists of approximately 50% administration and 50% HR-related tasks.

You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various administration and office tasks with the goal that BrainLit’s offices will be top class for everyone’s well-being. As an Office Manager, you are also responsible for ensuring that BrainLit’s customers and guests are well received.

In the role of HR administrator, you will also be responsible for BrainLit’s HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding and staff development. Reporting takes place to the CEO and the management team at meetings with him.

Your duties include:

• Work with HR issues, with a focus on staff well-being and development

• Communicate with customers and employees

• Assist colleagues in coordinating activities

• Arrange meetings and take care of visitors

• Plan activities and events internally and externally

• Book and coordinate trips

• Act as an administrative support

• Be a support to the office and the management team

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a few years’ experience from a similar position in Office Management. You have a post-secondary education in economics and / or HR or several years of experience from a similar position. You feel comfortable working in MS Office and it is an advantage if you also know Adobe or some HR tool. You are fluent in both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

To succeed in this position, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong drive and commitment. You are independent, positive and outgoing and easy to work with. At the same time, you are meticulous with details and take responsibility for your tasks and make sure to complete them on time. Furthermore, you are good at expressing yourself in speech and writing. You have a feeling for when it is required that you put in an extra gear. Finally, you are a team player with the ability to build relationships and support your employees and customers. In this service, a driver’s license is a requirement.
