To date, the company has established BioCentric environments for more than 20.000 employees of customers all over the world. BioCentric Lighting™ is the basis of the company’s solution, resting on firmly established research and based on several patent groups. We are now strengthening our Scandinavian Business Support Center and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the team. You will be based at the office in Lund and report to the Head of Business Scandinavia, Peter Emilson.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for technical support in Scandinavia with primary focus on the Swedish market.

You will also:

– Support our end-users, distributors, and integrators with technical support.
– Run and manage installation projects according to an agreed plan.
– Maintain accurate project summary for all installation projects in BrainLit’s CRM-system.
– Ensure BrainLit reaches expected customer satisfaction levels.
– Drive and participate in various projects.

Education and Experience

You have at least 5 years’ experience of similar roles and a technical high school/or similar education with focus upon electricity, electronics and/or industrial automation.

You have experience from working with project/sub-project management with a focus on real estate and /or industrial installation. You also have experience with control systems and programming configuration of these, computer networks and bus systems. If you have electrical qualification, it will be considered as a merit.

You possess a good knowledge in the Office suite, and it is meriting if you know CAD (Autodesk) and/or Dialux. It is also desirable if you have experience from working in a CRM-system.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, in both writing and spoken, and if you also know Norwegian and/or Danish it is a merit.

As a person you enjoy cooperating with others and work within a team. At the same time, you can structure your own work and plan what to do. You are a relation builder, service oriented and possess a good knowledge of how to create and maintain networks. Furthermore, you are structured and focused to find solutions.
