To date, the company has established BioCentric environments for more than 20.000 employees of customers all over the world. BioCentric Lighting™ is the basis of the company’s solution, resting on firmly established research and based on several patent groups. Currently BrainLit is engaging around 40 people with headquarter in Lund and subsidiaries in New York and Helsinki.

We are now strengthening our Scandinavian Business Support Center and are looking for a Sales and Service Coordinator to join the team. You will be based at the office in Lund and report to the Head of Business Scandinavia, Peter Emilson.


Your main accountabilities will be to:

– Respond to incoming customer requests and initiate customer contact.
– Act as the bridge between the sales team and other teams, e.g., solution development and technical support.
– Drive and participate in various sales projects.
– Responsible for organizing the administrative work in relation to the projects.

Education and Experience

You need to have at least 5 years’ experience of similar roles, which has given you a good technical understanding, and a technical high school/or similar education. It is qualifying if you have managed your own projects and have a background from “lighting business” and/or the “start-up world”. You are confident using the Office suite and a CRM system. 

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and spoken, and if you possess knowledge in Norwegian and/or Danish it would be a merit.

As a person you are service-oriented, structured and a good multitasker. You enjoy working in a fast paced business and have a positive “can-do” attitude. Furthermore, you are proactive and good at building and maintaining relations.
